Recently renovated, the restaurant has been successfully modernized while preserving its original atmosphere.
The historic decor is fabulous. It features the original art deco facade and colored stained glass by renowned Master glass painter, Lardeur. Large mirror enhance the dining rooms’ spaciousness. They also reflect the warm surrounds, including bayadères bench seats, wood paneling, and a mezzanine with wrought iron railings.

Ichiei Taguma has taken over as chef at Loiseau Rive Droite. He grew up in Japan and yet his cuisine is eminently French. You’ll enjoy the deep imprints of the finest traditions of the great French master chefs.
Ichiei Taguma’s intelligent cuisine pays homage to Bernard Loiseau’s love of fine produce and detailed work on sauces and juices. It’s also innovative and creative, all in preserving tastes and flavors. Desserts, too, are created with precision and are very gourmand.
Ichiei Taguma describes his own cuisine as being like a melody, catching rhythym and harmony in fine dishes. He also finds inspiration in the artistry of his suppliers of produce. He brings modernity to the traditions of this Parisian establishment.
