Recently, one half of The Lazy Travelers made her way into Paris to join our Master Baker, Frédéric, and learn about the love and dedication that goes into creating some of France’s most favorite pastries.
Along with a small crew of other fellow travelers, the group gathered around and watched as a ball of dough turned into perfectly formed croissants and pain au chocolat–and at the end, took home a bag of their creations.
